一、設備工藝流程
N95全自動折疊口罩一體機是用于生產(chǎn)折疊口罩生產(chǎn)線的全自動機器，采用超聲波技術，將3~6層PP無紡布、活性炭濾材以及過濾材料等部品進行熔接。整套設備經(jīng)過無紡布熔接，耳帶熔接、印刷、對折、封邊、滾切等一體化全自動折疊生產(chǎn)工藝，可加工3M 9001、9002等和其它折疊口罩。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需求所選用的原材料可以生產(chǎn)出達到如FFP1、FFP2、N95等不同的標準的口罩，全程生產(chǎn)無需人才參與，全自動完成生產(chǎn)成品。

1. Equipment process
The N95 automatic folding mask individual machine is a fully automatic machine used to produce a folding mask production line. 3.設備符合**有關機電設備的安全標準要求；

五、其它要求
1.本設備驗收標準：設備組裝調(diào)試完成前一周通知乙方準備好生產(chǎn)物料，按技術要求進行驗收，驗收合格，甲方進行發(fā)貨；
2.設備驗收由雙方指定技術人員進行參與并簽署驗收報告；
