②自動(dòng)控溫：通過(guò)引風(fēng)機(jī)對(duì)電控儀表進(jìn)行控制，當(dāng)油溫高于設(shè)定溫度時(shí)，引風(fēng)機(jī)自動(dòng)停止。當(dāng)油溫低于設(shè)定溫度時(shí)，引風(fēng)機(jī)則處于工作狀態(tài)，*保*產(chǎn)品的炸制溫度，提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
③自動(dòng)過(guò)濾：油水分離油炸工藝能使炸制過(guò)程中食品中所產(chǎn)生的殘?jiān)詣?dòng)過(guò)濾到水中，*保*了油面的清潔，延長(zhǎng)了產(chǎn)品的保質(zhì)期。
