主要功能和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
1. 袋長(zhǎng)無需人工設(shè)定,設(shè)備運(yùn)行中自動(dòng)檢測(cè),自動(dòng)設(shè)定。

2. 雙變頻簡(jiǎn)約機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)，易維護(hù)、磨損少、壽命長(zhǎng)。
3. 主控電路采用本公司研制的單片機(jī)，觸摸屏顯示，變頻器控制，良好的人機(jī)界面，操作集中直觀、方便。
4. 包裝速度和成袋長(zhǎng)度采用雙變頻器控制。無級(jí)變速，調(diào)節(jié)范圍寬，可以與生產(chǎn)線的前道工序**美匹配。
5. 高感光電眼自動(dòng)準(zhǔn)確跟蹤。
6. 各封口溫度獨(dú)立控制，適合多種包裝材料，封口美觀牢固。

7. 可安裝間歇充氣裝置、噴酒精裝置和打碼機(jī)。

適用范圍： 

適用于蛋黃派、水果派、餅干、面包、月餅、糖果、*、日常用品、五金零件、紙盒或托盤等各類固態(tài)物品的包裝。

Main function and characteristic:

1.       No need manually set bag length. During operation the machine can automatically self-detect and set the bag length.

2.       Double transducer simplifies mechanic gearing. Easy to maintain, little wear and long life.

3.       The main control circuit takes the single chip developed by our own company. Touch screen display, controlled by transducer. Perfect interface between operator and machine. Integrated, direct and convenient operation.

4.       The packing speed and bag length is controlled by double transducers. CVT changes speed in a wide range. Well match with the former procedure on production line.

5.       Highly sensitivity photoelectric device tracking automatically and accurately.

6.       Independent temperature control for each seal to make the seal beautiful and tight. Suitable for a variety of packing materials.

7.       Intermission charging device, alcohol spraying device and code printer can be mounted.

Applicable for packing various solid regular objects, such as biscuits, bread, instant noodle, ice cream, moon cake, candy, medicine, commodity, hardware parts, boxes or trays etc.
